Electronic Engine Control1. Overview: HGM180HC is a self starting module with three working states selected by the electric lock. It can manually start the generator set by lightly touching the button on the panel, or automatically start the generator set through remote signal input. When faults (low oil pressure, high water temperature/cylinder temperature, external alarm, overspeed) are detected, the fuel relay can be automatically disconnected, and the solenoid can be powered on and closed. The panel LED indicates the fault status and provides a real and effective fault alarm signal.2 Performance and characteristics Wide power input range;Equipped with low oil pressure, high water temperature/cylinder temperature, overspeed protection and indication;Equipped with a charging failure warning indicator and does not stop the machine;An additional external input alarm shutdown signal;The speed signal is taken from the power generation frequency;LED displays various alarm states;Equipped with a running hour meter display;Equipped with fuel output, starting output, preheating output, shutdown output, public alarm/idle output functions, all of which are relay outputs;Equipped with idle control function and programmable idle delay time;Programmable preheating delay time;The conditions for successful startup can be oil pressure+power generation (default at the ), or only power generation can be selected;When the toggle switch is set to idle/high speed, the output port can be configured as idle/high speed output.
