- QUALITY CONSTRUCTION – To provide a rigid structure with a non-skid surface, the platform deck is made of molded chopped fiberglass strand (the same way your boat deck is constructed) and finished with a bone white gel coat. This eliminates any flexing under pressure for maximum stability. The casting platform’s legs are made of bright-dipped aluminum with an anodized finish and include white rubber feet to prevent marring of the boat deck.
- USER-FRIENDLY DESIGN – The trapezoidal shape of the casting platform follows the contour of your boat’s bow, maximizing deck space. Notched side edges allow water to drain easily off of the platform. For anglers who desire the ultimate casting experience, a leaning rail can be purchased separately (P/N SOF043).
- DIY INSTALLATION – Installing a casting platform on your boat requires minimal tools and can be done in less than an hour. All stainless-steel fasteners are included with purchase.
- EASY TO MOUNT AND REMOVE – Mounting the casting platform is as simple as tightening the stainless-steel turnbuckle. This creates the tension needed to secure the platform in place. When you’re ready to remove the platform, simply release the tension knob.
